B. J. Multiple selection: untied bag ropes, empty bags, put them in a fixed place, and do not leave them in disorder, so as not to introduce new impurities. On the packaging conveyor belt, two to three picking workers are arranged for re-election, picking out individual unpicked impurities, such as semi-finished products with a lot of impurities and poor quality, stopping dumping and recycling in time, and ordering the person in charge to rework.
K. Circular vibrating screen: The screen box and the screen surface produce circular, elliptical or linear vibration under the action of the vibrator. Due to the vibration of the screen surface, the material layer on the screen surface is loosened and thrown away from the screen surface, so that the fine particles can fall through the material layer and be discharged through the sieve holes, and the particles stuck in the sieve holes are shaken out to remove the sieve. Separately, and make the material move forward. According to the integrity of the sheet shape of the semi-finished product, different screens are selected for sieving to improve the integrity of the sheet shape.
