1: Use of fruit grains
Suitable for 10-22mm 15-25mm
Mainly used for strawberry decoration,
There are very few small-sized strawberries in European and American countries. So most strawberries need to be imported,
The size of 10-22mm is not much in China. Of course, the 10-22mm is much more expensive, which is about 1,000-2,000 yuan higher than the 25-35mm of the same variety of strawberry.
Next, 15-25mm size frozen strawberries, which are used for most clients in size.
2: Use of jam
Suitable for 25-35mm; ungraded, AB grade, B grade
The best choice to use the Grade B, when considerate the cost. As a jam, 25-35mm is the best raw material, but because the price is higher than other specifications, some processors abandon this specification. Unless it is used on more demanding products.
3: Purpose of fruit pulp
Class AB, Class B, Not classified
The puree requirement is slightly lower than that of jam. The B grade is mainly used, and the AB grade will be used only in factories with very high requirements.
4: Juice use
Class B, Class C
For juice use, part of quick-frozen strawberry juice is processed with concentrated juice, and the other part is processed with quick-frozen strawberries. The juice level requirement is also the lowest. Some juice factories in China will choose C-level for juice. This C-level is more general. For example, the whole strawberry is rotted, with leaves, the diced strawberry sieved out, and the minced. Strawberries are hard caked, etc., which are characterized by cheapness.
5: Dice use
Not classified, above 35mm, 25-35mm
Some factories that do strawberry diced addition will also choose to take some strawberries back and dice, instead of buying strawberry diced directly. The reason is 1: direct purchase of strawberry diced is expensive, 2: self-chopping, the yield rate is high, and the nails are not broken. It can also be used if it needs to be sieved. 3: Dice the remaining strawberries, which can also be used for other purposes.
6: Freeze-dried use
25-35mm, unclassified
The freeze-drying factories are mainly distributed in coastal areas, and there are many from south to north.
7: Candied or syrup or dried fruit
25-35mm 15-25mm, no classification
In addition to the above-mentioned quick-frozen strawberry uses, there are hollowing out of 35mm or more for ice cream addition, yin and yang fruit for canning, strawberry slices for embellishment, slicing use, sugared strawberries, etc., but the dosage is not as large as the above, so I won’t introduce them one by one.
